I would appreciate a few explanations to ListBot.

I looked at the ListBot site, and they offer 2 types of service. One is free, and the other is for $99 a year.

Since this is a new tool for me ... at least on the receiving end, which service do you recommend?

Also, how would I place this service on my web site? And, do I need to contact my Web Host before adding ListBot to my site?
