In perusing other boards I came across a post by Dien here:

This was an excellent response by Dien to a post that Gordan had made called "101 hot places to run your classified ad".

Unfortunately, the link to Gordon's post did not work. Gordon - can you post this again or do you or Dien recall some of the 101 hot spots?
