Our primary business site has been hosted by SiteHost4U since '99. Their site hosting is good--otherwise obviously we wouldn't still be there.

But we haven't found them to be anything special either. We've had various problems over the years, especially with mail, and the support responses--while usually reasonably quick--leave a lot to be desired.

Typical would be "we don't support that" or "there's no problem on our end". At this stage we don't bother contacting support for glitches, as we feel it would be a waste of time.

Site uptime is generally good though, apart from one or two spells of dodgy months.

We'll move whenever we can find a reliable site & email host with decent customer support.
