Thanks very much for the ECP link. I hadn't heard of them before, and they look quite interesting. I posted some Qs in their forum.

I can also personally recommend a similar host I've been with for a year, Voxtreme [link below]. One caveat though - they won't allow anything except tiny mailing lists, which is a deal-breaker for me. Otherwise they're very good.
