1) Put up a website showing some Samples of what you can do.

2) Call RE Agents (or send a postcard) telling them about your service and to go to your website.

I'd charge $150 for the "service" which would INCLUDE....100 "Listing Sheets" they can use to hand out and put in the "Sales Box" in front of the property.

Run them thru your inkjet...

OR....email them a PDF and let THEM run them thru their own inkjet.

Use the front AND back of the Listing Sheets.

I'd also include a "Table of Monthly Payments" (on the back) based on;
Amount Financed and Interest Rate. Property Buyers are interested in "How Much A Month".
