For domain names, I use godaddy.com - $9.20 per domain per year.

If you use the domain parking idea to make money - you don't need a web host. You can park your domains with sedo.com or activeaudience.com for free. And they will show the pages with ads automatically.

Other than domain parking, I host most of my other domains with dreamhost.com - you just need one a/c with them to host multiple domains - and they cost about $10 a month. They are not the fastest in customer support - but their services are damn good and the best I've found.

Other good hosts I've heard good things about and are in the same price range are: servage.net and midphase.com
