If anyone watched Richard Branson's reality show a couple years ago, "The Rebel Billionaire - Branson's Quest For The Best" (MUCH better than "The Apprentice" BTW), you'll remember Shawn Nelson, the winner of the $1,000,000 prize.
I just visited one of his stores yesterday and decided to check him out online.
He's got a really interesting story that pretty much proves that the product itself isn't half as important as everything else that goes along with building a business.
He took a simple product and built a brand around it and figured out the best way to market it and now it looks like he's doing pretty good.
