Default More Work Than People Think...

Submariners are a strangle lot.

Thank God, you didn't attach a podcast to that. I wouldn't have wanted to listen to your sound effects.

Seriously, though...

I liked what you wrote. Great post and it hit home.

I retired in December, deciding to spend 100% of my time working on my business. And it has been MUCH harder than I imagined.

But who is to blame?

Me, of course. There are dozens of things I wish I had done differently. Including moved into my new niche BEFORE retiring.

Why am I leaving the incestuous "make money on the Internet" niche?

I think the Wild West days of the Internet are disappearing.

What am I doing instead?

I am focusing on a niche of small business owners. A niche that intersects with one of my personal interests. A niche that I can go vertical in -- creating more products that pull people deeper into my funnel.

And that new niche is requiring a lot of work!!

Aloha,

Jason
