I haven't seen Payback, but it was one of those movies I was thinking about maybe seeing when it was in the cinemas, but never actually got round to seeing. Gotta get the video. :)

I DID see The Devil's Advocate, though -- on your recommendation! Some good thoughts on ETHICS in business, and also other lessons....!
