This wasn't a business letter... I did it for a non profit group but I still wanted a response for them of course. The response in question was coming to a certain event.

It's a wonderful service where you can mail letters by uploading a document and a data file for addresses.
I figured that if Netflix can have a DVD in your mail box in a day or two anywhere in the US by mailing from multiple locations, this contractor for the USPS would do something similar.
WRONG!
If you're using this service for any type of mail that's time sensitive, give yourself an extra 72 hours!
