probably sounding a bit like a few others ont he board, but had a client axe me the other day about the liability involved in NOT painting the curb at their restaurant. ( how we got ont hat subject is fodder for another day )

at any rate, I googled and msn-ed....curb , curb liability . trip and fall...and got few , non productive results on the curb and too many on the trip and fall..

so , thinking maybe i can get some help from yall on search terms...

he wanted to know if he HAS to invest in the painting or just does it because it would help him reduce his liability from somone tripping on the curb or , in another area of the parking lot, driving into the curb and damagin their cars. ( yep this has happened)

would love to come up with a good result to flahs at him...he is kinda cocky ...with a ADA requirement that MAKES hime paint his curbs a flouresenct PINK or something ...heh heh
