Jake....do NOT....I repeat, do NOT....get into this "Outdoor Billboard" thing, whether it's "Junior" or "Senior"....UNLESS....you....are a SUPER DIRECT SALES PERSON with YEARS of experience under your belt!!!

WHY?

Because this kinda program is for the "PRO's"!

When I gave this a try, about 15 yrs ago, I, with ALL kinds of advertising direct sales experience had a "BEAR" of a time.

Then...when I got my first Board client...I had to "break my fisterous" in trying to come up with the "right AD" for their business. I went round and round with these people. They could NOT decide "what" they wanted to put on my "6' by 12'" space I had sold them for $360 a month for 3 months.

The SAME thing happened with the next 5 advertisers.

And...after the initial lease period (mine was for 3 mos or 6 mos at a time) I had a heck of a time trying to "fill the space" with new clients....with the result being my initial advertisers got extra time for freebies.

So...I chalked this up to "experience" and put together an "Indoor BillBoard" program that did NOT require much "installation cost".

I made up a BillBoard that would mount on the inside walls of Hotel Lobbies for Guests of the Hotel to see and refer to.

My initial design was a HIT....and I've now got my "Inside BillBoards" in 5 Towns and many advertising clients paying me a handsome fee every year, not as much as the "OutDoor Boards"....but...not near the "hassle" of the "outdoor" Boards.

If you'd like to see a Photo of what my "inside BillBoards" look like....go to,

And...if you'd like some details on this program, send me an [email protected]
