I'm with you man. There has been a proliferation of all kinds of courses, manuels, programs, teleseminars, blah, blah, blah. After I got burned by Halbert I don't trust anyone.

I do like Jay and have learned from him. He is the real deal and I believe very ethical. However, the short time I've been on this board I believe Gordon you have gone out of your way to help me and others.

You provide great insights and information.

I'm gonna wait on you and Harvey Brody. I will listen to the free teleseminar that Jay is putting on just to see what I can pick up.

By the way being in the real estate biz I watch Flip this House. One investor Armando Montelongo is featured prominently on the show. Someone must have taught him about information products because all I see are e-mails from him touting his products, mentorship,etc. Now he's selling resale rights. To me resale rights just dilute the potential market.

Plus this guy claims he flips 25 houses a month. Come on!
