While it "sounds" like a great idea, keep in mind that contests must meet strict federal guidelines. All is not as "simple" as it would appear.

Having said that, if you can find out how the billing is done, there are TONS of other ways to build your income... Skiing News, Surf's Up!, College/Pro ball scores, just a few off the top of my head.
