This gentleman seems to have found a way to:

Build traffic to his site.
Build loyal customers for his product.
Generate income from Google Adsense.
Generate income from related products and services.

This is true example of servicing a specific industry. Actually, it is the best I have seen since going online in

1981 (with BBS systems - what we had before we had the Internet)

Now, I do not know the owner, and I am not sure how much money he generates from Google Adsense, but I would tend

to think he generates good income from the sale of his lawn care management software.

This site offers free services for the lawn care business, such as:

Lawn Care Web Site Templates, Lawn Care Logos, Lawn Care Business Contracts, Lawn Care How-To-Videos, Lawn Care

He does ask that if you use his Lawn Care Business Web Site templates, that you give him credit, but that is a

small favor for so much in trade.

Take a look, it's impressive. Again, I do know know this person, I am not getting paid to share it, I just think

it is the best example of a money generating, customer satisfying site I've seen. I think we should all copy his

business model of choosing a product or service for an industry, then offering tons of free and VERY useful

information and products.
