What I'm doing is buying a domain name that I've built through research, building a "quickie" website filled with relevant content and AdSense, then offering the package for sale.
Sometimes, the buyer doesn't care about the site. Case in point.. FishLikeThePros.com was put up Monday. I sold the domain name only on Wed. for $75, as the buyer had no interest at all in the site. Said he was taking it in a "different direction".
This morning I sold a domain/website combo for $200 with non-exclusive rights to the site template. It was a Search Engine submission site.
I've sold enough that my wife is even getting excited!
In fact, she's SO excited, she's "advanced" me $300 to go with the $250 I've got saved up over the last two week's sales so I can purchase a new computer.
Bought a new piece of software over the weekend and I can put together a website full of PLR articles and AdSense in just under 60-seconds for 40+ pages.
