Thank you for your candid answer.

Asking the question like I did was an awkward attempt to survey the masses about "How to" vs. "Quick and Easy" without revealing my cards on a project I am working on.

Your answer pointed out the obvious (Duh!) that I could possibly use both. Although what I had in mind was for the title, which usually would be shorter, I have seen many promotional pieces that practically tell the whole story in the headline.
