Here's an idea: write *******. I noticed in a different reply you made that you also like writing and, if you are any good at it, that's an option for you.

Now I personally don't know anything about that market (not my thing) but I have worked with some companies designing their books and they have told me there's a very larger demand. In fact, there are quite a few independent publisher who deal in just *******.
