it makes you wonder how fast can things get. I guess the days of REALLY getting to know a client or customer is over.

For me, I like to personally know my customers. That includes my off-line businesses and on-line businesses.

When you have automatic systems set up to provide instant services or products, it takes away from the personal touch. I don't think it's bad, it's just a result of how business is done these days.

And yes....people love things in an instant!
