This Msimn program pops up a little box claiming
some kind of illegal operation and says it has
to close the program.

What does it do? It is found in the Outlook Express
folder on my computer. Is it supposed to be there?

Anyone with an understanding of this deal that
could shed some light on it is welcome to do so.
