I'm not sure that I could quote you on services that you will provide (at least the ones for setting the first page up anyways). For the phone calls are you allowing only 1 phone call or like 2-3?

If it were me starting out I would want to do at least 3 to feel I have a shot of learning stuff, but depending on the calls per month I might aim for 6 months instead (to feel a little more secure).
