Re: Your Most Pressing Health Question?
Well, these won't be my most pressing questions since I already have the knowledge (not all but then nobody knows it all) but I can tell you what most folks in their senior years are concerned about. They talk about staying mobile and keeping their mind functioning well.
Mobility topics seem to focus primarily on staying on their feet and being flexible enough to care for themselves. They worry about getting frail, spinal fractures and their knees giving out. Yes, they worry about falling since it can be especially debilitating in the elderly.
Alzheimers is the big worry, of course, where the brain is concerned but it's not the only one. They also worry about the effects of all the drugs that doctors seem to be prone to ordering on a whim these days instead of seeking the root cause and addressing it, about the undue influence of Big Pharma on our health care, and about doctors who don't really care about their patients (more common than you'd believe).
Hope this helps in some small way.
