It's real simple folks: just offer it as a downloadable for ten dollars and then, when ordering, only offer a shipped product, add the $29.00 for shipping and voila! there you have it. Well, I won't have it! I've gone to order it 3 times, from 3 different people and it's the same old rah, rah. Ha, ha, no sale!

I even sent an email to one of the providers and no response. Hmmm...and, yes, I was very polite about it.
