I saw a business the other day that looked interesting. I'm sure you have heard of the company called 1-800-got-junk.

A local company has prices about 40% less than the above company.

1) They have a website that ranks highly for keywords ie (junk removal etc.)
2) You can submit orders online or over the phone.
3) Then I suspect they contract the lead to local companies for a fee.

This is a home based business and they operate in several cities and expanding into other countries.

All you need is a website that ranks highly. After that you collect leads and send them to your partner that have the trucks.
