Default Getting Most of your Calories from Fat is nuts...

Dien,

Thanks for mentioning the study.

This is, by no way, a Valid study to determine Low Carbs vs Big Breakfast. Look at the so-called Low Carb group. MOST of their calorie intake was from Fat. Not a lot of Nutrients in plain old Fat.

And as for their weight gain. I just worked out, in the last four months they would have to been consuming 562 calories a day More than they were burning. Assuming they didn't Fudge on their diet, we are expected to believe they were functioning on 523 calories a day.

Also, 28 pounds over four months is stuff all weight loss. That's Only 7 pounds a month. Heck, just not drinking Coke would probably have seem them lose that much.

As much as you might like to Wish otherwise, if you consume fewer calories than you burn you will lose weight.

I gave a rundown of a FatLoss Diet a while back. Follow That and I guarantee you'll lose weight. (And no eating choc chip cookies - even in little bites - HA!) Or get your own copy of the IHAWL Diet Hotsheet.
