I wrote a report/ebook (about 50 pages) on how to sell a house as a "rent to own". It's about the advantages (from a sellers point of view) of the rent to own sales strategy and what you need to know to do it yourself.

My biz partner and I sold a few houses using this strategy and we learned quite a bit from our experience (as opposed to simply reading, studying, online research, which we did as well of course).

We were usually able to find a tenant buyer for our houses (about a dozen times now) within just 30 days of starting our advertising. There are advantages and disadvantages to this sales strategy, but I'm sure there are plenty of sellers out there right now that could benefit from what we learned.

Unfortunately, I'm not much of a writer (hence my initial post) ... but I'm working on it .
