Publishing Ads
Do you need the permission of the ad-maker to re-publish their ad? Or do ads fall under public domain?
Any one have any idea about it?
(I know many people have compiled and sold swipe files without asking for the ad makers permission. And there are quite a few websites that showcase video ads. And most advertisers shouldn't have any problem because you are after all giving them more ink. But would want to know if you have any knowledge about the issue...)
