Thanks everyone for the advice.

My problem is: I am preparing a presentation and there are a few ads that would be awesome to use as examples. But I have no clue who the creators of those ads are.

Most of these ads don't promote products. They are guerilla ads (mainly grafitti and billboards) and have to do with social causes. For eg: one ad is on why drugs is bad. But it doesn't say which company sponsored that ad or mention any name what so ever...

So I was wondering if I should use these ads or not...

I'll probably end up using them and give a disclaimer in the last slide or something...
