Default Hi, Ray, Long Time... No Speak...

Let's take a look at Tile Pro and see how we can improve on it.

First, let me say, I like your interior layout. I like the way the tiles change colors with the rollover. VERY interesting.

However, to be consistant, you should have your links on your homepage as well. With your "Enter Site" link below the fold at the bottom of the page, I originally thought you were just a one page site.

Second, when you open the site proper, it doesn't open a full page... If it opened to a full page you would have all of your contact information above the fold. I would prefer, however, that it just replaced your opening page.

Isn't it a bit pretensious listing a single product as a catalog?

On your Info page... My question is WHO CARES! You should be using this page to SELL, not give a history of how and why you got around to doing your website.

Try something more along these lines...

Professional tile contractors HATE small tile cleaning and regrouting jobs. It takes longer to travel between jobs than to do the work! And they still charge YOU between $300 and $500 for a simple job you can do YOURSELF in half the time!

Run your info page along these lines and I think you will find a much better reception. After all, I (and your prospective clients) don't give a flying rat's earlobe this website has been 10 years in the making...

You've done a nice job with the before and after photos.

I didn't take a look at your flash thing, but I am usually unimpressed with these anyway.

Hope this helps. And next time you talk with Richard, give him a "Howdy for me!"
