I just saw a tv commercial. It was for a law firm getting in on the mesothelioma (asbestos-caused cancer) law suit craze.

The spot (pardon the pun) was one of those touchy-feely ads with plenty of 'sensitive' piano music + the 'how it affected my family' angle, etc.

The woman telling her story (sensitive, feelings-laden testimonial (new word: "sensimonial"???), and she said THIS about the lawyers being advertised...

"They were not just lawyers, they were human beings..."
