So, as long as we're sorta playing "Go Fish" with our libraries; I noticed a book I've had around for a while titled; "Profit From Your Money-Making Ideas" by Herman R. Holtz. That's a real "meat and potatos",Hienz 57 variety of good marketing ideas book. Lots of useful information.
Gary
P.S. Oh, and I do have a signed copy of "Executive Golf" by Bill Bailey.
