True, but do think my name is leaning more toward indicating a welcome service or mini-welcome service and that if I incorporated something such as the small magnetic boards or postcard mailings (which I had contemplated previously) or including an option for printed coupons or gift certificates going to new movers, that it could be effective perhaps even better?
