Couldn't help but add this comment. I've looked around for awhile on how to become more efficient in my own work, on a personal level. Recently, I came across a book that has really boosted my ability to get things done.
I highly recommend picking up Kerry Gleeson's The Personal Efficiency Program (second edition). Many of the ideas have been around awhile, but he presents them in context of a nice, coherent system. It's helped me tremendously.
