Hi Phil,

Ah... some of this litigiousness is pretty "wack-o"...!

What's next?
  • Will McDonald's have to teach every customer NOT to eat the wrapper that wraps the burgers?
  • What if the customer still eats the cardboard box which holds the french fries?
  • Will KFC have to teach every customer NOT to eat the chicken bones?
  • Will seafood restaurants have to teach every customer NOT to eat the clam shells and crab shells?
  • How about utensils? If a customer tries to eat his fork, should the restaurant have taught him the proper way to use it?
We'll have to have a one-hour lesson before we're allowed to eat any meal in any restaurant...

I can see a lot of lawsuits in the future if this one succeeds...!!!
