Default AHA! -- Gordon -- I TOTALLY agree - ESPECIALLY on one point!...

One of the main keys people overlook is that their intended market must (somehow) be REEEEEECHABLE!!!

In these days of internet marketing, people don't get this concept.

It is the marketER that must REEEECH the marketEE! Not the other way 'round!

The question is THIS... "How am ***I*** going to get my mrktng message ***TO*** my intended audience?"

This is NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH this (misguided) DECOY question...

"How is my intended audience going to reach ME?"

Those 2 questions are WORLDS apart!

Not knowing + understanding the DIFFERENCE between those 2 Q's can be FATAL!

It's the difference between getting your 'food' like a bat does, or like a spider does.

Key to success is figuring out how to be more like a bat! By FOCUSING on how to answer that FIRST question (NOT the second question).
