Here's an idea.

Buy a shovel.

Find a carpenter to build a sturdy box of ½ cubic foot capacity, lined with plastic.

Fill the box with dirt from Jerusalem. Enclose proof of origin.

Send the box to this guy, along with a proposal to supply him with another box a month just like it. Ask him to send you 15% of his proceeds.
