That wso is not what Don is talking about, and if you read post #58, there is prob a serious issue with the system. Also the seller has not yet responded to that one and several others.

In Don's system, a realtor designs their own flyers, not really hard to do. What Don does is to sell ads on the back, have them printed and deliver those to the realtor who now designs their flyer on the other side, paper now being free.

If I were to do this, I would put a disclaimer on the ad side, saying the realtor does not endorse any of the advertisers to avoid future problems,
