Default This reminds me of the Emu craze

These goats are probably fine as pets, if properly taken care of and properly confined and protected. Probably not so good as an investment.

Back during the Emu craze that was primarily in Texas, but spilled over into my town, people lost everything betting on them.

There was even an Emu Burger joint that stayed open for almost a month. I tried one, like a lot of people. Wasn't bad, but nothing to write home about.

Some people tried to sell Emu Oil, which must have been a bear to collect. Supposed to be good for aches and pains.

I flew a guy around so he could locate his lost $5,000 bird. Never saw it.

Those goats do look tasty though. Kind of a spendy meal.
