MY "rich dad" (relating advice from his real dad) said you could only really juggle three things at once. their scenario -- being involved in a community bank, owning rental property and owning farmland (BIG rent once a year.)

1 - 2 - 3, all the activities flowed and in fact reinforced one another.

my attempts to emulate that? mixed bag, some winners, some distractions but never a "flow" from one activity to the other.
