She does them at local county fairs, and sells each balloon animal for anywhere between $1 and $5.
Since each balloon costs just a few cents at most, that's a pretty good profit margin!

P.S. It might be a bit late to profit from this idea this 4th of July... But look on the bright side - you have a year to practice making those balloon animals for next year!
