Spam is BAAAD.
It looks like the very name of non-opt-in bulk email is infused with negative connotations.

My question to you:

Do you think that spam is justified when it is about saving a life of a man/woman/child

1.there is NO time for the "opt-in".
2.it is not about fund-raising (it's about awareness-campaign).
