There's really no search engine advantage here. If they know the address, they probably know enough about the home that they won't need the video.

Looks to me like it is simply a "novelty buy" for the seller. Not that there's anything wrong with making some bux selling a novelty ... not in the least.

But really, if I am the homeowner and I want to sell, what does the video do for me?

Not trying to poke holes in the plan - heck, you've got folks making money, and that's what counts. But really curious that there may be some value that I am just not seeing.
