Default 83% of all homes sold in USA are via MLS

FSBOs can use it, fsbo sites charge about 500 bux, and the commission is about half, so the 200k home sold via owner through a MLS listing would be about 6k saving seller 6k. Some states even less.

Less than one quarter of homes sold are UNseen, the walk through is where the emotion of place, the "feeling" of home occurs.

IF an FSBO seller can get a walk through from a video with music, that's great, well done.

Most sites allow their galleries to be viewed as slide shows, some with 360 degree tours, still, you need to get the looker to the house.

All that being said, if you only spend a few minutes and can sell a video, it sounds like time well spent.

Interesting how such a simple idea can lead to so many other paths of opportunity (and effort!).

When I was reading last night, I thought about co-op mailings using the EDDM program from the USPS (Bob Ross) ... I guess there's lots of ways you can take this ...
