Don, when I saw the subject line of your post, I thought of something I saw a year or too ago. It was a guy selling his niche biz on Craig's List. And it looked like something right out of the Don Alm Sales Bible.

This guy had a mid sized board erected at a well known and exclusive country club here, and he sold annual ad slots on the board. As I recall, he was claiming an annual revenue of something like $35k.
