Thanks for sharing that idea! Using QR Codes on the For Sale sign to access a video does seem like it would "enhance" the experience of the potential buyer... And could potentially help to make the sale...
In addition, the sign will "differentiate" itself from the other signs, and make them look like they're sophisticated...
