I hadn't heard of them before, so I checked it out.
They have a very different model... For example, you have to pay a refundable deposit of 5% of the asking price, just to know the URL of the website. It makes sense, though, to weed out some of those who just want to find out the details to copy the website and the business model...
Of course, the 5% refundable deposit doesn't really stop those people. I guess it just puts up a little bit of a barrier...
I guess the only problem I see with them is they have very few websites for sale - only 13 are up for sale right now, by the looks of it...
However, it looks like a good place to keep an eye on, and maybe check on a regular basis...
