I have read you BYBA a couple of times and I think it is brilliant. I am looking forward to your updated version.

Relating to Focus I think Jim Straw has an excellent report about the subject titled "Tunnel Vision". It really hit home with me.

Now that I am fast approaching 40(5 months) I think I am finally beginning to understand this concept.
