No need for concern about age Gordon, I would call a twenty year old Mr. if I have respect for him or her. Mr., Mrs., Sir..., were all taught to me throughout my life. However since you broke the ice I will call you Gordon.

Thank you very much for the recommendations. I will get them. I just finished reading "The Magic Of Thinking Big" by David J. Schwartz. I was so impressed I bought a copy for a good friend of mine.
