Since I read the ad, I supposed it was geared to not getting involved. If I am correct, you won't be getting involved.

Having said that, the no refund policy might get you involved because people may "expect" author involvement. In their mind, no refund means author will be ready and willing to be my silent partner. I don't know that for sure but that's the first thing that popped into my brain. I am not saying have a refund policy. I'm saying it may be the catalyst (unexpectedly) pushing you into involvement.

I haven't read the report so what I just said may be off base. On the other hand, I believe we are only talking about the ad, right? Hence, my remarks.
