I'll be darned if I can figure it out but www.washoecounty.us always gives me a This Page Cannot Be Displayed Error message. This started in the last quarter of last year and has continued.

I know they did an update but that should not have messed with me accessing the site. I occasionally get that error message with other sites but after I refresh the page of the site I am on it almost always pops up. Not washoecounty.us. It never pops up.

Anybody have any ideas why that one and only site has fallen off my computer radar? I use it to get the new local business licensees btw.
